The Firm is a one- stop firm providing specialized and in depth human resource consultancy services across several key industries. - Represents the Chief Executive as directed, review correspondence; arrange company meetings and other corporate functions; answer questions and meeting requests directed to the Chief Executive.
- Arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; arranges lodging and meeting accommodations.
- Provide an efficient interface between Chief Executive and internally and externally
- Review and provide legal advice on tender documents.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken
- Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention
- Manage (special) projects, meetings, and events (including speaking engagements and appearances) for the Managing Director and senior staff.
- Managing project budget and update records on expenses
- Technical and administrative support, research and administrative duties, organizes and maintains files and retrieved documents.
- Compile and analyze data, coordinating multiple concurrent activities, and interacting with individuals and groups within and outside the organization.
- First University Degree in Law.
- Master’s degree will be added advantage
- (NIPS) or (ICSAN) certified
- 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Microsoft Package proficiency
