Job Description

• A project manager is required to work in a team of facility managers that is saddled with the responsibility of deploying integrated facilities management to a leading manufacturing institution.
• The Project Manager must be a strong Business Process Analyst and would be expected to deliver the integrated facility management strategy including but not limited to:
  • Asset Value Stream Mapping,
  • Asset Management Policy,
  • Asset Management Strategy,
  • Asset Lifecycle Management,
  • Asset Maintenance Strategy and entire operational strategy;
  • Design and implementation of a CAFM system to manage the whole FM service delivery process.
