A project manager is required to work in a team of facility managers that is saddled with the resposinbility of deploying integrtaed facilities management to a leading manufacturing institution.
The Project Manager must be a strong Business Process Analyst and would be expected to deliver the intergrated facility management strategy including but not limited to:
Asset Value Stream Mapping, Asset Management Policy, Asset Management Strategy, Asset Lifecycle Management, Asset Maintenance Strategy and entire operational strategy; design and implemenation of a CAFM system to manage the whole FM service delivery process
