  • A fast-growing international company is seeking an experienced and driven individual to join its sports betting and gaming start-up in Nigeria.

    Territory Manager

     

    The Territory Manager reports to the Head of Regional Agency. The Territory Manager is responsible for building and managing his network of Agents and Super –Agents respectively within the assign territory. The company is investing significant resources in training and supporting its Territory Managers.

    Objectives

    • To build his own profitable business through acquiring agents in the designated geographical area
    • To profitably manage the agents and Super agents under his control and ensure full compliance with the Company’s procedures and operating standards
    • To represent the Company in a professional manner at all times upholding the brand, operating standards and SCORE values

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and recruit new agent for BonanzaWin
    • Shall carryout inspection on all new locations and ensure company operational standard.
    • Assist agents through the application, training and deployment phases by working closely with both the agent, super-agent and the Company’s employees in the relevant areas.
    • Tightly manage the agents to maximise sales and ensure full compliance with the Company’s policies.
    • Grow revenue on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
    • Adhere to proximity guideline as set by the management.
    • Monitoring and ensure that all agents trade on all BonanzaWin products.
    • Resolve all queries and complaints of all agents in his territory within the stipulated service level agreement(SLA,s)
    • Provide feedback from the agents and punters on demand.

    SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE

    • The successful candidate will be a hard-working individual with a “can-do” attitude, keen to take on responsibility and building a business.
    • You will likely have experience working in or close to the gaming industry already. With a strong drive and passion for the business you will balance good commercial understanding with excellent people skills.
    • Minimum 2 years of directly relevant experience
    • Excellent knowledge of the local gaming market place
    • Strong self-discipline and ambition
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    •  Minimum HND qualification
