    Call Centre Officer

    Our client, a reputable Transport company, seeks to urgently fill the following roles:

    Location: Lagos Mainland

    Pay: Very competitive

    Call Centre Officer (will work late till 10pm and have phone lines open by 5am)

    Pay: Very competitive

    Responsibilities:

    • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
    • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails.
    • Identify and escalate customer issues to the designated office.

    Qualification/Experience:

    • Minimum of OND
    • Experience in same role is strongly desired.
