The aim of this evaluation is to provide valid and reliable data, beginning with a quantitative baseline study to assess the effectiveness of the TM/MFP intervention in meeting its stated aims among ten Christian and ten Muslim congregations in Plateau State, Nigeria.

Locations: The 20 congregations will be randomly selected from among the following communities: Mista Ali, Fobur, Miango, Jengre, Yelwa, Jebbu Bassa, Tsaya, Naraguta, Longvel, and Yanshanu.
