2. We are commencing a 300 housing unit estate project in Luvu-Madaki, Masaka Nasarawa State.

PROCUREMENT OF BUILDING MATERIALS, CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING WORKS
- Supply of all kinds of building materials
- Construction and Engineering works
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

All expressions of interest must be accompanied with the following:
- Evidence of company registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria.
- Company Tax Identification Number
- Sworn Court Affidavit indicating that the company is not in receivership and none of its directors was ever convicted of fraudulent activity.
- Financial capacity statement to undertake the supply, or letter of commitment to provide funding from a bank or bank statement for the immediate past six (6) months.

- A working email address

The submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) is open indefinitely, but can be closed by Management at anytime upon satisfactory number of responses by vendors.

a.   Millard Fuller Foundation shall reserve the right to reject any submission based on unverifiable information.
Vendor details may be given to EFCC and other relevant organization for certification
