Job Description

• Our customers are central to our business and we are looking for entrepreneurial, results-driven, and self-motivated individuals (Visioneers) with SSCE, NCE or OND certificates to actively seek out and engage prospects and create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers
• You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for new customers to help them save money and improve the general quality of their lives; oversee a portfolio of assigned customers; develop new business from existing customers; actively seek new sales opportunities; solve customer issues; boost our customer experience and satisfaction levels, and top-line revenue growth.

Your Job Duties
As our Visioneer, your duties include, but are not limited to

• Generates leads and identifies market potential by qualifying leads across different segments.
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
• Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making tailored demo presentations; understanding customer requirements.
• Closes sales by building rapport with potential leads; explaining product and service benefits; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
• Expands sales to existing customers by introducing new products and services
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from customers.
• Recommends new or changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Generates marketing content (images and videos) during field activities.
• Has a growth mindset and updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Our Requirements

• SSCE/ NCE / OND or equivalent
• Applicant MUST live in Alimosho LGA
• Experience as a sales representative or in related field (0-2yrs)
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
• Customer Service Skills
• Teamwork and Verbal Communication Skills
• Self-Confidence, Persistence and Motivation for Sales
• Openness to Feedback, and Growth Mindset
• Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.

• In the Bootcamp, we will:
  • Train you on Marketing, Sales, and Social Entrepreneurship.
  • Introduce our life-changing Products.
  • Set a Sales Target.
  • Give you a task to generate enough leads in your local community to meet the Sales Target.
  • Evaluate you based on your ability to solve problem smartly.
  • Make the leads you generated your assigned job duties for your first month or quarter, if you get hired.
