    Facility Manager

    EDUCATION/RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum HND/BSC in Estate Management or any related field.
    • MBA/Msc will be an added advantage
    • 5—7  years’ work experience

    KNOWLEDGE OF JOB POSITION/REQUIRED SKILL

    • Experience in University Hostel environment
    • Sound managerial/leadership skills
    • Good employee relations skills
    • Good monitoring and supervisory skills
    • Good documentation skills
    • Problem solving skills
    • Good reporting writing and presentation skills

    PERSON SUMMARY

    • Very good administrative and follow up skill.
    • Supervisory skills
    • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness skills
    • Stamina and ability to work long hours.
    • Good skills in keeping detailed records in all formats.
    • Very good presentation, persuasive and negotiation skills. 
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Very good customer relationship management.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    • Age: 35 to 45 years old.

    • Position will report to the Managing Partner
