Head, Strategy & Analytics at Aldelia Limited

Urgently looking to fill the position of Head, Strategy & Analytics for our client a Multinational Marketing and Communication company

The person will be responsible for coordinating the building of predictive models, providing cutting edge analysis, compelling insights, and clear recommendations all geared towards creating customized marketing communications strategies for its clients.

Requirements:

First Degree in an analytic-focused or quantitatively focused field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a related field such as Web Analytics, Campaign Analytics and Management or Data Analysis with 2-4 years in supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of Statistical tools e.g. SAS, SQL, R, Tableau, Advanced Excel, VB
• Strong analytical mind and ability to organize a lot of information in an easy to understand format
• Highly creative, able to partner well with creative teams
• Ability to conduct and interpret market research, including ethnographic research
• Proficient in statistics, experimental design, survey creation and analysis and qualitative research
• High interpersonal skills with a collaborative and flexible work style
