    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Research,develop,plan,implementexisting,identifiedopportunitiesfor the company, train and lead business development team to sales and achieve Organisational goals.
    • Define the strategic direction for the Business Development function to align with the overall strategic goals of the company and Implement digital marketing initiatives to drives sales and business visibility.
    • Develop long-term strategic goals to build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate,close business deals and Perform business analysis based on industry reviews, market trends and report to management for decision making purposes.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of a HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related Fields.
    • 5-6yrsExperienceinMarketing, Insurance or any other relevantfield, 3years of which must be in a managerial capacity. Strong business acumen, Excellent sales and customer relationship skills, Good communication/presentation skills (both oral and written), Creative, innovative and able to think outside the box..
    • HMO Knowledge of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) operations and will also be an advantage.
