Responsibilities
Prepare/design Electrical building services engineering systems - Power, Lighting, Low voltage, etc Systems and Specification.

Qualifications/Experience

•     Knowledge of PHCN and IEE Standards.
•     Experience and/or exposure to Data/Voice, UPS System, Security, CCTV and Access Control system is an advantage.
•     Must be Proficient in using AutoCAD MEP or Revit for design and modeling systems.
•     B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with minimum of 4 years experience in Building Systems Engineering.
•     Must have COREN and/or NSE Certification.

•     Ability to prepare HVAC and/or Piping Construction Drawings.
•     Knowledge of ASHRAE and other standards is an added advantage.
•     Must be Proficient in using AutoCAD MEP or Revit for design and modeling systems.
•     B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with minimum of 4 years experience in HVAC and/or Piping Projects in Building Systems Engineering.
•     Must have COREN and/or NSE Certification.
