    Technical Assistant - Clinical Services

    • With the Cluster Manager and the HIV Specialists, the Technical Assistant - Clinical Services will provide technical and programmatic support to implement high quality comprehensive HIV/AIDS programs (ART, PMTCT, TB/HIV, RH/HIV, and HTS) and other services including direct service provision support at facility level based on the ongoing HIV and Tb surge in Akwa Ibom state.

    Job Description

    • Cluster Manager is part of the senior management team for AHNi, in a decentralized country management structure and forms part of the strategic team that directs the operations of AHNi overall.

    Senior Technical Officer-Prevention and Mitigation

    • The Pharmacist will be providing pharmaceutical care services and support medication adherence counselling services at One-Stop-Shop (OSS) for Key Populations (KPs) and their partners, dispense Antiretroviral drugs (ARVs) and other medication in line with approved regimens and standards, also maintenance of transaction records and inventory management tools as required to ensuring transparency in commodity management records,

    • Candidate will liaise with the Country Office Laboratory team to provide technical support and implement high quality laboratory services for AHNI Nigeria programs, will also provide technical support related to the laboratory services, especially PCR high definition laboratory and management component of HIV/AIDS care and treatment program.

    • B.Sc/MLS in Laboratory Sciences or related field with 5-7 years post national youth service experience and a minimum of 3 years experience in provision of laboratory support for HIV/AIDS.
    • Or Master's degree in Laboratory Sciences or related field with 3-5 years post national youth service experience and a minimum of 3 years experience in provision of laboratory support for HIV/AIDS.

    • Certification of license to practice as a Medical Laboratory Scientist is required.

    Clinical Service Officer
