Responsible for the development and performance of the Sales and Marketing team and activities in the organisation and the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Setting sales target for the team and ensuring targets are exceeded.
Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contributes to the development of new product/service lines for clients.
Develops effective training programs that teach members of the sales team how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
Identifying strategic business opportunities for the company to generate revenue.
Building market recognition and customer base in primary location.
Coordination of Sales and Marketing activities for the company
Building a detailed understanding of products and services in the Real Estate Market for the company that super cedes competition for existing and prospective customers
Understudy market trends in the real estate sector for business development
Develops and implements sales strategy for the marketing team that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets;
Gathering market and customer information to evaluate customer research, market conditions, and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
Develop an up-to-date knowledge of the SWOT analysis of the Company Products & Services.
Develop a good knowledge of the Real Estate market; demand competition and prices.
Profile and Skill Sets
B.Sc in Social Science or relevant field of study.
Candidate must have at least 10 years sales experience, out of which 7 years must be in Real Estate sector.
Coaching – helping team members reach their full sales potential, and the ability to support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job
Salesmanship – sales skills are fundamental, as the job holder is required to train his/her sales team to build rapport, ensure client trust, and make sale on a regular basis.
Team management – it is the responsibility of the Head, Sales to oversee both the sales team and handle any issues that arise, as well as to make sure sales goals are met.
Communication/presentation skills – the ability to listen to and speak with clients, sales agents, and other managers is essential for effective performance. Ability to establish relationships with peers, internal and external customers and vendors. Ability to prepare and make logical presentation
Business acumen – an understanding of how the business achieves objectives and goals to drive sales is important for this position. The job holder must think strategically, understand the real estate industry, and have a leadership mindset
Performance management – must plan and implement sales objectives and evaluate sales performance to ensure goal accomplishment
Financial Management : good understanding of financials, budget preparation and monitoring
Ability to prepare and present a comprehensive marketing report.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft
PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to prepare and present a comprehensive sales report.
Good professional appearance and attitude.

To ensure the sales and marketing service is efficiently and effectively delivered in line with business plan expectations and that the service continuously improves to meet best practice and customer expectations.
Participate in researching and providing market intelligence reports regularly or as necessary.

Set prospect target market for effective sales
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Develop networks and liaise with other personnel involved in Real Estate i.e. Consultants, Agents and Prospectors etc.
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
Develop and plan presentations to set target audience
Arranging site inspections to generate sales, manage clients and their transactions.
Update client databases.
Preparing offer letters and tracking client’s payment plan.
Maintain positive business and client’s relationships;Answering queries and concerns from clients
Contribute in marketing communication materials to promote the Company as a brand.
Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing service
Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales
Advising customers on the suitability and value of the property;
Acting as an intermediary in the negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, legal requirements, prices and related matters.
B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration and other related courses with minimum 3 years experience in real estate business;
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills;
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Highly motivated, driven attitude, sales-driven, results-driven, target-driven attitude and strong social media skills;
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision.
