Job Description

• Monitor Input Raw material and production processes to ensure alignment with the established desired quality standard and Out turn
• Follow/Develop efficient and adequate sampling and testing techniques
• Conduct conclusive analysis on the quality of production lot
• Ensure timely, consistent and informative reporting
• Develop effective methods to monitor and control wastage
• Ensure proper utilization and management of quality data.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Science related course
• 1-2 years’ experience in quality systems capacities, ideally in commodity industry.
• Hausa Language Fluency
• Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent people management skills.

Job Description

• Create efficient and sustainable systems and procedures to enhance the productivity of both the human and machine resources
• Ensure consistency in operational and output quality
• Make informative daily reporting tools that captures all cost elements
• Regularly and thoroughly analyse the data in the daily reporting tools to identify patterns/deviations and take initiatives for adequate control measures
• Consistently meet production target without jeopardizing product quality
• Maintain and promote safe and clean work environment
• Ensure general compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
• Hausa Language Fluency
• Working knowledge of applicable HSE regulations
• Managerial and leadership skills
• Excellent reasoning and decision making skills, analytical, and report writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel etc.)
