    Sales Executive

    Location: Lagos

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Discover new markets for the company’s services; develop strategies to increase company’s market values in new and existing markets.
    • Excellent service deliveries to customers.
    • Speedy resolutions of all customers’ complaints.
    • Management of individual customer’s sales turnovers.
    • Certifying customers’ satisfactions, etc
    • Continuously review the company’s internal systems to determine how best they could be tuned toward promoting sales
    • Create and sustain marketing and sales momentum across board. Responsible for inciting and inflaming sales drives in all the sales teams at head office and branches.
    • Carry out any other job as may be required.

    Qualifications/Skills/Experience

    • B.A/B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or other related business discipline.
    • Minimum of three (3) years' work experience in the field of sales and/or marketing of building materials and online sales activity.
    • Ability to prospect for new/potential sales.
    • Possess excellent customer service skills.
    • Sound understanding of marketing principles.
    • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop

    Driver

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Convey company products to designated customers and retrieve products if need arise.
    • Delivery of customers requests.
    • Management of the company vehicles and give feedback from customers.
    • Ensure prompt products delivery and identification if there is problem with the products.
    • Identification of discrepancies of the products demanded by customers and the invoice prepared.
    • Carry out any other job as may be required.

    Qualifications/Skills/Experience

    • S.S.CE/OND
    • Minimum of two (2) years driving experience in the field of building materials.
    • Applicants MUST reside in the environs of Okota, Isolo, Ejigbo, Cele, Ago-Palace, Igando, Mile 2, Mushin & Ilasamaja.
