    Contact Center Executives

    Job Description
    • Make outbound calls to customers in the B2B industry
    • Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
    • Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
    • Identifying customers’ needs; research every issue and providing solutions.
    • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
    • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
    Requirements
    • Must have 2 - 3 contact center outbound experience
    • Must have sales experience and must be comfortable with meeting KPIs
    • Must have a B.Sc. in a related field.
