    National Sales Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead team on sales goal target achievement.
    • Work with the company’s Research and Development department on the organization industry benchmark to       ensure the company meets up with the top industry leaders
    • Serves customers around the nation by selling our pharmaceutical products; meeting customer needs.
    • Ensure existing accounts orders are obtained and new accounts are established by planning and organizing daily/weekly work schedule with team on putting call through to existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
    • Adjusts/Review team content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
    • Focus and increase sales efforts by studying the company’s nationwide existing and potential volume of dealers.
    • Coordinate team orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
    • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports of nationwide team on call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
    • Monitor competition nationwide by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
    • Recommends changes in products, service and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
    • Resolves escalated nationwide customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    • Provide sales nationwide historical records by managing and increasing records on area and customer sales.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Qualifications/Requirement:

    • B. Pharma
    • MSc. In Marketing, and other relevant discipline
    • 6 years and above working experience
    • Validated past record of target achievement and brand marketing
