Brief Job Description

• Prepare end month sales activity report
• Prepare showroom traffic report
• Gather and Update competitor market information
• Record and analyse dealer sales activities
• Capture and record brand and competitor market information
• Execute and monitor all marketing plan
• Prepare departmental monthly report
• Routine Reports: FX monitoring, Newspaper Update, Price Movement, Stock Situation, etc
• Responsible as secretary for the department: In charge of minutes recording and storing
• Supportive duties for PFS planning and execution
• Prepares PDCA for all activities
• Respond to new task as required by unit/department.
• Monitor display timing, execute and evaluate the activity

Requirements

• Candidate should be a male between the age 23-32 years (flexible) with HND / Bachelor’s degree (preferably Humanities/Social Sciences) with CGPA not lower than 2.2. except if work experience is above 5years.
• Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Application (Ms Excel and Power-point). Must have eloquent oral and written use of English language. Must possess good interpersonal qualities with creative mind-set and desire to accept challenges.
• Candidate should have experience of the Auto Industry with Marketing sense/experience. He should have a Social Sciences educational background. He should have good knowledge of Corel Draw /Graphics Applications
