    Sales Executive

    Responsibilities     

    • Identifying and penetrating new profitable markets
    • Building and maintaining relationships with specifiers, plumbers, installers and suppliers, for the purpose of creating and strengthening business alliances that complement Company’s core competencies
    • Negotiating and winning sales for the organization thereby contributing towards the achievement of team and departmental targets
    • Participating in sales presentations aimed at pitching for business across pre-determined locations as required in the sales/marketing scorecard.
    • Preparing proposals and quotations for the provision of total bathroom solutions, working with the other team in preparing installation proposals.
    • Managing customer/client accounts, maintaining knowledge of key account status and following up on outstanding invoices and receivables that are due.
    • Ensuring clients are offered professional and quality service to increase sales
    • Manage or escalate as appropriate customer complaints
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
    • Assisting the Team Lead in conducting after-sales and/or post-project assessments aimed at ascertaining accuracy, promptness of delivery and overall customer satisfaction; as well as ensuring compliance with existing SLAs with specifiers.
    • Participating actively in the planning and implementation of Company’s marketing initiatives e.g. annual in-house exhibitions, trade shows, conferences etc.

    Requirements

    • First degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
    • Minimum 5 years’ cognate experience.
    • Hands on experience of ERPs (Enterprise Resource Applications e.g. Sage pastel, oracle, SAP)
    • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

    Grants and Fundraising Officer

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate must have a knack for selling, can penetrate the Private and Public Sector doors to successfully pitch our projects and also has valuable experience in business writing, presentation and budget management skills
    • The candidate must also understand donor psychology and able to organize small and large fundraiser events.

    Responsibilities

    • Meet all fundraising needs and income projections within set timelines
    • Work with the NGO Fundraising Committee to implement fundraising plan for the Foundation
    • Attract, build and develop relationships with new and existing corporate donors to secure long term funding for various projects
    • Manage a mixed portfolio of funders or grantors to best practice standards; ensuring reporting deadlines are met, terms and conditions for grants are satisfied, grant income is collected efficiently when due and donor retention remains an ongoing priority.
    • Liaise with other teams to develop communication materials for fundraising purposes
    • Identify and apply for funding opportunities available locally and internationally.
    • Maintain communication and build networks with potential and current donor agencies.

    Requirements

    • First Degree with minimum of 3 years experience in a Non-Profit Organization or in a similar role writing of funding or business proposals.
