    General Manager

    Job Description

    •     Coordinate all activities in the factory.
    •     Define objectives for the various activities in the factory.
    •     Ensure the achievement of set targets as regards production, quality and cost.
    •     Monitor progress made in the various projects in the factory.
    •     Responsible for the budget of the factory and ensure compliance.
    •     Liaise with the relevant government agencies on behalf of TILAD to ensure smooth operations.

    Requirements

    •     B.Sc/B.Eng Mechanical, Automobile, Industrial ,or Electrical Electronics Engineering.
    •     MBA will be an added qualification for better performance.
    •     Membership of relevant professional body and association.
    •     8 years experience in manufacturing industry High proficiency in the use of Microsoft suit.

    Production Team Leader

    Job Description

    •     Coordination of production activities to ensure attainment of operations target as regards quantity, quality and cost at required time.
    •     Planning of production to forestall losses.
    •     Coordination of workforce to ensure team spirit and industrial harmony.

    Quality Officers

    Job Description

    •     Coordination of the Staff and activities in Quality department.
    •     Ensure that set Quality targets on process and products are achieved.
    •     Coordination of Quality Inspection on incoming production materials and parts.
    •     Ensure the conformity of production process to definition.
    •     Coordination of Inspection of finished products and certify them for commercial sales.
    •     Analysis of defects on finished cars in-plant/after sales and define preventive actions.
    •     Defining key performing indicators and publishing results as defined by the management.
    •     Analysis of results and definition of improvement action plans.
    •     Ensure training of staff is achieved according to annual training plan.
    •     Report defects related to parts failure as warranty or claims to Technical partner.
    •     Report activities and results to management daily.

    •     5 years working experience in Factory equipment maintenance.

    Supply, Purchase & Logistics Officer

    Job Description

    •     Coordinate of supply department activities,
    •     Planning the delivery of production parts to assembly line in accordance with the schedule of production.
    •     Receive all incoming production parts and materials keep stock until required for use.
    •     Carry out periodic inventory and ensure that a minimum stock of materials is maintained.
    •     Identify staff annual training and submit proposal.
    •     Maintain a list of approved materials and parts suppliers.
    •     Receive purchase requests and prepare purchase order for items requested.
    •     Coordinates clearing of SKD parts at the ports and arrange transportation to the factory.

    Requirements

    Job Description
