    Head of Strategy & Project Management

    Job Description
    Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will have responsibility and accountability for growing the market share of all products and service areas. An essential part of this role will be to develop the commercial strategy and enforce the sales strategy in line with the Company's medium and long-term goals in order to maximize returns.

    Key responsibilities will be to:

    •     Develop the strategic vision, objectives and operating criteria for the Corporate Strategy function, in line with the Company’s goals to achieve duly approved operating plans.
    •     Develop a comprehensive category vision and strategy for the entire product portfolio in conformity with the Company’s long- term goals,
    •     Translate strategies to be executed by the field sales team in order to meet the Company’s annual sales projections.
    •     Initiate all brand planning and analytical activities for client accounts within the Company.
    •     Provide consulting services to clients in line with business requirements so as to gain insights into their future needs and to design tailor-made solutions which will broaden the Company’s portfolio.
    •     Facilitate the identification and execution of new strategic initiatives of potential value to the Company.
    •     Carry out business environmental scan and data gathering activities.
    •     Ensure the development of an annual plan, aligned with the strategic plan, the annual budget, the risk management system and other relevant processes.
    •     Facilitate project management for the Company.

    Key Requirements

    •     A bachelor’s degree in Computer School/Engineering, Business Administration or other related disciplines. Advanced degrees in any Management and Administrative disciplines will bean advantage.
    •     Membership of relevant professional bodies such as Chartered Institute of Strategic Management, Chartered Institute of Management and Project Management Professional (PMP) will also be added advantage.
    •     A minimum of ten (10) years’ cognate experience, with at least four (4) years experience in a corporate planning and strategic management role.
    •     Strong business acumen, maturity and tact, including the ability to relate with highest levels of management in organisations and other stakeholders.
    •     Strong project management, leadership, negotiating and influencing skills.
    •     Excellent networking skills, particularly relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills.

    Head - Payments & Collections

    Job Description
    Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the successful candidate will develop and manage all Payment and
    Collection solutions including Internally Generated Revenue
    (ICR) in line with the strategic goals, objectives and short-term plans of the Company; in order to deliver efficient solutions to clients profitably and meet revenue targets.

    Key responsibilities will be to

    •     Develop payment and collection solutions from end-to-end (conception, development, maintenance and evoluti2n) in line with agreed goals and objectives.
    •     Gather and analyse data and information on potential customers, competitors and market segments, in line with business requirements to gain insights into current and future opportunities.
    •     Secure partnerships with GEMs and product development teams and develop customized solutions in line with the company’s and clients’ requirements.
    •     Develop briefing documents for payment and collection solutions, and IGR, which would be executed. in line with strategic timelines and production schedules, with the aim of achieving high quality documentation and maintain both current and future product solutions.
    •     Lead technical client evaluations, system implementations and maintenance, in line with approved Service Level Agreements, with the aim of efficiently managing client relationships and contract negotiations.
    •     Prepare SLAs in collaboration with other team leads and in line with business requirements, with the aim of achieving operational efficiency and timeliness in products and service delivery

    Key Requirements

    •     A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics Engineering.
    •     A master’s degree in Science or an MBA will be an advantage.
    •     Professional membership of NIM, ISMN, CPN, NCS. NIMN will also be an advantage.
    •     A minimum of five(5) years cognate experience in a similar role man lCT company/financial institution.
    •     Sound knowledge of International ICT Business Operations.
    •     Sound knowledge of the Public Sector and ICR of the various levels of Government.
    •     Excellent networking skills, particularly relationship building, interpersonal and communication Skills
    •     Excellent relationship management and nogiatiation Skill.

    Internal Auditor

    Job Description
    To provide professional financial service in support of the CEO’s office for the continuous review and appraisal of the internal control systems and audit of daily transactions in line with company and legal requirements and according to procedures and work instructions to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the company's internal audit function.

    Key Responsibility will be:

    •     Prepares and obtains authorization for the annual program of audit activities according to company requirement and established professional practice resulting in approved annual audit plan.
    •     Plans and executes internal audit activities in line with professional
    •     practices and company requirements to prevent the occurrence of fraud within company operations or its early detection.
    •     Carries out investigations on matters referred to internal audit according to instructions and established professional conduct to provide the CEO with accurate and reliable information on such matters.
    •     Carries out audit operations (e.g. ICT systems, financial records, assets or operations) all aspects of the company’s business according to professional guidelines and company procedure to ensure the effectiveness of the internal audit function.
    •     Coordinates and executes all the activities required in the production and distribution of the company’s annual report according to legal and company requirements to support the successful convention of the annual general meeting.

    Key Requirements

    •     A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other related discipline.
    •     Advanced degrees in Management and Administrative disciplines would be an advantage,
    •     Membership of relevant professional bodies such as Institute of internal Audit, lCAN, ACCA wiII be an added advantage.
    •     A minimum of seven (7) years cognate experience, with at least four (4) years experience in a corporate planning and strategic management role.
    •     Knowledge of IFRS & GAAP

    Sales & Marketing Officer

    Job Description
    The successful candidate will execute product sale and marketing activities in line with Company's business development guide lines and periodic budgets, so as to continually achieve growth in client base and Company revenue targets.

    Application Developer

    Reporting to the Head, Software Development, the successful candidate will plan, analyse and develop software applications, while providing second level support to existing products and solutions, in order to meet client specifications and standards.

    Key responsibilities will be to:

    •     Professional Certifications (preferably in Microsoft Technology).
    •     A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position. Knowledge in Microsoft NET C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (JQuery and JQuery Mobile), HTML, CSS, Web Services (SOAP. RESTful), SQL Server, JSON, XML.
    •     Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) design. Knowledge of UML/Use Cases/OOAD/MVC based web development.
    •     Understanding of software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

    Chief Technology Officer

    •     A master’s degree and/or MBA will be an advantage.

    Business Analyst Officer

    Job Description
    To provide consultation to clients on the business needs and elicitate by translating those needs into analytical business requirement specification.

    Key responsibility will include:

    •     Administers and reports outcome of customer surveys:

    •     A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related job function.
    •     General ICT experience especially in Software Solutions, Operations, Marketing or Support Service Unit.
