    Well Site Manager

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering or Sciences with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or Lower Credit, respectively.

    Experience:
    Minimum of fifteen (15) years relevant post-degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in any combination of the following:
    - Coil Tubing
    - Hydraulic Workover Unit
    - Liftboat
    - Workover rig
    - Acid stimulation
    - Pipe recovery
    - Fishing
    - P&A
    - TCP
    - Gas lift
    - Submersible pump completions
    - Electricline
    - Slickline.

    Additional Requirements:
    - Demonstrated leader with proven record and behaviours to promote rig site safety for an incident free workplace. Ability to drive cultural change at rig site and achieve an incident free work place.
    - Demonstrated ability to build team consensus and ability to work effectively and collaboratively in multi-discipline; multi-cultural environment. Able to interact effectively with workover superintendents, peers and service and contractor representatives.
    - Ability and willingness to supervise and mentor National work force. Demonstrated mentoring success.

    Drilling Engineer - Deepwater

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.

    Experience:
    Minimum of fifteen (15) years relevant post-degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) as a Drilling Engineer, some of which must be in deepwater operations.

    Additional Requirements:
    - Demonstrated ability to prepare deepwater drilling programs
    - Ability to coordinate a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment
    - demonstrable knowledge of well planning software
    - Excellent planning organizational and interpersonal skills
    - Good understanding of community and logistics issues related to drilling in Nigerian environment
    - Effective communications skills

    Drilling Engineer - Joint Venture

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.

    Experience:
    Minimum of twelve (12) years relevant post-degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) as a Drilling Engineer, plus previous work as field drilling engineer or drilling supervisor.

    Additional Requirements:
    - Demonstrable ability to prepare well programs
    - Ability to coordinate a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment
    - Demonstrable capability to analyze and solve complex well drilling and completions problems
    - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
    - Good understanding of community and logistics issues related to drilling in Nigerian environment
    - Excellent planning and coodinating skills
    - Effective communications skills

    Drilling Superintendent

    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division.

    Experience: Minimum of twenty (20) years relevant post-degree work experience (includes National youth Service) in drilling engineering at a Superintendent level.

    - Demonstrable leadership and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to coordinate a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment
    - Demonstrable capability to analyze and solve complex well drilling and completions problems

    - Excellent decision-making skills
    - Effective communication skills
