    Logistics Officer

    We are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company.A great asset for a Logistics Coordinator is their communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate must have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
    • Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
    • Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements
    • Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
    • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
    • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
    • Prepare accurate reports for upper management

    REQUIREMENT

    • Proven experience as logistics coordinator is an added advantage
    • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
    • Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
    • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
    • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
    • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • B.Sc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field

    Personal Assistant

    DESCRIPTION:
    We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to managers working life and communication.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven work experience as a personal assistant is an a plus
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • MS Office and English proficiency
    • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
    • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
    • Handle requests and queries appropriately
    • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
    • Make travel arrangements
    • Take dictation and minutes
    • Source office supplies
    • Produce reports, presentations and briefs

    Candidate must live within Lagos Mainland.
