    Digital Officer

    Reports to: Business Development Manager

    Position Summary/Objectives

    • The Digital Officer works closely with the Merchandise Planners/Brand Managers, and supports the PRL Management Team, to raise the PRL profile and contribute creatively to the continued growth and development of the organization.
    • The Digital Officer combines marketing and social media management skills to enhance PRL’s social media presence, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    • Managing all PRL digital platforms and ecommerce.
    • Supports the Business Development Manager in marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
    • Manages company image through various media in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals
    • Streamline company social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms) ensuring uniform content
    • Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
    • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
    • Keeps up to date all PRL social media platforms, as well as websites
    • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with all Brand Managers and Merchandise planners
    • Grows and expands company social media and ecommerce presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
    • Researches and monitors activity of company competitors
    • Customer engagement with a focus on customer service on company social media accounts
    • Respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
    • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, promotions and competitions
    • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
    • Increase organically the number of followers and likes and tangible interactions on company social media accounts
    • Work with Brand Management team to implement mall specific campaigns
    • Performs any other duties as assigned by the Line Manager

    Qualifications & Experience

    • A degree in Marketing (not essential but an advantage)
    • Essential to have at least 2 years’ relevant work experience and/or practical experience in the field of Advertising, Sales, Fashion retail, and Marketing.
    • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in innovative ways.
    • An interest in marketing, communications, social media, PR and or reputation management.
    • Experience in Fashion retail
    • Styling experience (added advantage)
    • Content creation and curation
    • Familiarity with key social media tools.

    Logistics and Supply Chain Manager

    Reports to: Executive Director

    Position Summary/Objectives

    • The Logistics and Supply Chain Manager manages overall supply chain and logistics operations for the company.
    • He designs and executes strategies and plans to meet company’s short-term and long-term supply chain management/control requirements.
    • The L/SCM will implement an efficient inventory management process that will result in minimise shortages and keep costs / losses down.
    • This position manages all employees of the department and works with the HR Department for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    • Along with the other functional leaders, ensures product availability from principals to meet the business needs.
    • Plans the best way to get stock from principals, as well as overseeing the transport / receiving process.
    • Negotiates shipping prices and transportation arrangements with contracted providers.
    • Ensures that appropriate import and export compliance procedures are followed by employees and contracted service providers.
    • Collaborates with multiple-functional managers to plan and execute on the development of a distribution center operational process to enable seamless transfers of stock.
    • Manages the quarterly stock count process.
    • Manages the demand flow verification processes, engage in short- and long-term planning and conducts inventory analyses for warehouse utilization and coordination Re-distributes stock to respective outlets within Nigeria, as advised by Brand Managers.
    • Uploads stock information on relevant software.
    • Manages stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
    • Oversees restocking needs across all stores / brands.
    • Ensures daily, weekly and monthly reports to provide stakeholders with actionable data and insights regarding current stock levels by category and location are generated.
    • Engages and develops continuous supply chain improvement practices.
    • Works with brand managers to make sure they receive their goods on time and in the right condition.
    • Manages and monitors vendor's qualification and performance to ensure they meet company's requirements.
    • Manages warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
    • Oversees receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
    • Oversees the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of all company products.
    • Adheres to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
    • Maintains standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
    • Manages and partners with vendors to develop business relationships that deliver effective operational control to agreed service levels.
    • Performs any other duties as required by Line Manager.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Minimum of a Master's Degree or its equivalent in relevant field.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years supply chain management/ logistics/warehouse management/operations experience in similar industry.
    • Experience with purchasing, expediting, quality/continuous improvement initiatives, warehouse safety practices and relevant software applications.
