Task and Responsibilities
Customer Invoicing and Receipting on a timely basisReconciliation of customers ledger and maintaining proper records of customer balances.Maintaining accounts receivable and payable recordsFollow up outstanding creditors, maintain records and provide report as required.Stock managementCapture & reconcile petty cash accountsTax Filling, PAYE, VATTrack sales performance as against targetResearch, track and resolve accounting problems.Assist in month end/quarterly/year end close process and reporting.Assist in the annual audit, including year-end schedule and financial statement preparation
Other Responsibilities
Maintain an orderly accounting filing systemProvide clerical and administrative support to management if required.Assist with office projects from time to time as requiredBookkeeping support, research and report writing etc.Comply with general office policies, procedures and all legal requirementsUndertake any other specific duties as required by the finance team
Other requirements
Qualification – HND or B.sc Accounting 2- 3 years relevant experience.
