These individuals will have University degrees, preferably at post-graduate level, and have upwards of eight years human capital and organisational development consulting experience, four of which must have been in a well structured rnanagement consulting practice.
Suitable candidates for these positions would have a track record of successful achievement in a well structured Learning Management functions in reputable consulting practice, over a period of not less than five years.
Strong business development, proposal preparation. and facilitation skills are required for the positions.
Appointees into these positions will be University graduates with appropriate professional qualifications (ACCA, ACA, ACre with not less than eight years post-qualification experience in the Finance/Accounting function of a well structured Commercial/Industrial establishment. Ideal candidates will have upwards of four years experience in the financial/tax consulting function of a successful professional practice.
These senior roles will support the firm's marketing and business development activities, cross selling all the firm products and services to a wide range of clients, at senior levels.
These positions are required at Senior Manager and Manager levels as well as Intermediate levels.
