Job Summary

• Ensure effective management of the Company’s financial assets (liquid and fixed) to promote /achieve overall business goals and financial targets.
• Responsible for anticipating and controlling financial risks, through ensuring the constant availability of accurate and current financial information, and financial resources, in line with the Company’s business objectives.
• Authorise expenditure’ transactions in line with the Company’s approved authority limits.
• Coordinate timely preparation of the Companys financial statements, ensuring the statements reflect the Company’s financial position and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the development of the Company’s corporate budget, and the allocation/distribution of financial resources.

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies

• First degree in Accounting or related discipline,
• Professional accounting certification e.g ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or other relevant higher business degree with proven analytical and qualitative accounting/ finance competencies.
• At least, twelve (12) years cognate experience, of which at least five (5) years should beat senior management level.
• Advanced financial and accounting knowledge, including in depth understanding, of multinational and Nigerian accounting and financial reporting standards
• Must be familiar with financial reporting and controls, and best-in-class electronic payment systems for the oil & gas industry.
• Strong business acumen, maturity and tact. including the ability to relate with highest levels of management of financial institutions and financiers.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Coordinate supervision of the road and bridge construction works and provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team members.
• Lead project teams, coordinate resources and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver pre-agreed project objectives.

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage degrees. Minimum 15 years relevant engineering experience is required, with at least, seven (7) years in leadership roles in F.PC project.
• COREN license or an equivalent engineering license is required
• Candidate must have relevant skills ut project management and strong bridge construction background.
• Possession of excellent MS Office package skills. He/she must be conversant with Engineering software packages.

Job Summary

• Conceptualise and prepare engineering designs and specifications.
• Day to day supervision of construction site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and subcontractor activities.
• Work with other project team members to ensure projects are executed according 10 design.
• Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction sites and verifying calculations and placements.

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies

Job Summary

• Provide project control/planning services for major projects in accordance with contract execution procedures and work practices
• Review and understand all relevant documents and conditions pertaining to specific projects
• Prepare and maintain the manpower projection plan for the project control team and liaise with the project manager and other engineers to ensure that the project is provided with sufficient resources at the required level.

Qualification, Experience, Skills and Competencies

• 10 years relevant work experience is required.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer utilisation, including producing and maintaining resource loaded schedules using commercial packages such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
