Mechanical Engineer at Uniccon Group

RESPONSIBLITY:

•  Strong Mathematical and Mechanical modelling skills
•  Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and techniques
•  Proficiency in computer- added design CAD software such as solid works or fusion 360
•  Experience with prototyping and testing mechanical systems
• Ability to Interpret test results
•  Strong analytical and problem solving skills for assessing and optimizing mechanical designs
•  Knowledge of finite element analysis FEA for structural and thermal analysis
• Familiarity with robotics concepts including kinematics, dynamics and control
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in mechanical graphics design. Continuously improve your knowledge and skills related to CAD software, rendering tools, and other relevant technologies.
• Organize and maintain a repository of design files, documents, and drawings. Keep accurate records of design changes, versions, and revisions to facilitate efficient collaboration and future reference.
•  Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on graphics, illustrations, and models. Make necessary revisions based on feedback from engineering teams, ensuring that the graphics align with technical specifications and design objectives.
•  Produce clear and comprehensive technical drawings, including orthographic projections, isometric views, exploded views, and assembly drawings. Ensure that the drawings comply with industry standards and are easily interpretable by engineers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:      

•  At least Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineer, or related field
•  Not less than 3 years experience with CAD software including solid work or fusion 360
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, concepts, and practices.
•  Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools.
•  Strong technical drawing and illustration skills.
•  Knowledge of industry standards for technical drawings and mechanical design.
•  Familiarity with 2D and 3D modeling techniques.
•  Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
•  Strong communication and collaboration skills.
•  Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
•  Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
