    Senior Sales Manager (Commercial Vehicles)

    Industry: Automobile (Trucks & Heavy Equipment)

    Key responsibilities of Senior Sales Manager

    • Maintains relationships with existing Company clients and develops new contacts.
    • To maximize sales and profitability of commercial vehicles and associated products.
    • Responsible for presenting the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, exhibition etc.

    Qualification and Key Competencies

    Spare Parts Manager

    Industry: Automobile

    Responsibilities

    • Forecast all inventory needs and sales estimates.
    • Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system and ensure regular parts turnover.
    • Receive and process parts from our suppliers, check merchandise received against purchase invoice.
    • Responsible for supply/distribution of spare parts to internal & external customers.
    • Take order for parts and accessory.
    • Participate in the Purchase, Sales and Inventory.

    Qualifications and Key Competencies

    Sales Officer (Commercial Vehicle)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect for new customers to form enduring relationships via sales calls, meeting and follow up to secure customer /sales.

    Management Accountant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Preparation of the monthly management accounts
    • Produce the budget and quarterly forecasts
    • Provide variances analysis from budget, identify added-value reporting opportunities for trend analysis and commentary to assist forecasting and budgeting requirements
    • Preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements
    • Assist with the audit preparation to allow timely completion of the annual financial statements and corporation tax returns
    • Maintaining records and reconciliation controls of approved budgets

    Qualification and Requirement

    • B.Sc or HND in Accounting
    • Membership of either ACCA or ACA is essential
    • Preferably 10 year’s professional experience in budgeting, external reporting or internal management reporting from manufacturing or automobile industry.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of the preparation of financial statements
    • Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting and forecasting principles and processes

    Service Manager (Commercial Vehicle/ Construction Equipment)

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure workshop procedures & systems are known to all staff and strictly followed during repairs on vehicle as well as maintenance documentation.
    • Ensure customer focus oriented culture among the team and maintain good relationships with customers.
    • Ensure workshop facility, equipment & tools are adequately maintained and available in ready to use condition.
    • Facilitate the training and development of team members in the department, by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance.
    • Review customers service orders and inspect the quality of repairs before the release of vehicles.
    • Coordinate with sales department and arrange for delivery of new vehicles to customers within agreed time.

    • Guiding & motivating productive staff to improve productivity & efficiency.

    Qualification and Key Competencies

    • HND/B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering (Specialization in Commercial Vehicles)
    • Minimum of 8 years strong Engineering experience with an established Commercial Vehicle Workshop.
    • Perfect knowledge of Auto Trucks.
    • Problem solving skill and team spirit.
    • Product knowledge & skills to handle technical problems, warranty issues.
    • Ability to guide & train others.
    • Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.
    • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Package
    • Valid driver’s license

    Automobile Technician - Truck & Heavy Duty Equipment (Mechanical & Electrical)

    Responsibilities

    • Inspect vehicle engine and other mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
    • Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts, brake pads etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
    • Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components.
    • Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
    • Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
    • Keep logs on work and issues
    • Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

    Qualification and Requirements

    • OND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
    • 3+ years of automotive repair experience
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Proven experience as auto mechanic/electrician
    • Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
    • Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
    • Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment
    • Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
