Job Location: North East Nigeria
Key responsibilities for the role include:
The Area Sales Manager will take full operational responsibility for all market-side functions of the direct sales business; setting up supply chain operations.
- Recruit, train & develop a team of 40 Energy officers in the designated Area HQ as per laid down guidelines
- Daily monitoring and joint field work with Energy officers to ensure that 50% of EO’s are active daily
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly Sales targets
- Monitor Energy officers to ensure they adhere to all post sales collection activities including client calls and visits.
- Conducting at least 3-night demos every evening along with the team of Energy Officers. The ASM must be present during one of the demos and must ensure that night demos begin by 6.30 pm and last for not less than 90 minutes each.
The ideal Area Sales Manager:
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma from a recognized institution
- Is mission-driven, entrepreneurial and passionate about making a significant difference in the world
- Must reside in the designated Area HQ
- Excellent communication skills and is fluent in English
- Is well versed with the local market geography, language and trade market
- Has minimum 2 years' experience in Sales or Sales related environments like Sales coordination or Channel management such as recruiting distributors or agents

The Role:
The EasyBuy EO Relationship Associate will work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure field sales staff have all the information and support required to perform their duties correctly and with motivation.
Key responsibilities for the role:
- Listen to Energy Officers’ requests
- Interacting with EOs on a periodic basis via field visits, SMS, calls and messaging
- Understands and discerns EOs’ concerns while prioritizing them accordingly
- Gathers detailed and thorough information related to each request or concern coming from EOs
- Keeps track of all requests per EO both pending and solved
- Ensures follow-up with the relevant stakeholders in the Company to get to the bottom of the request initiated by the EO
- Manages and configures online IT tools used for the communication with EOs or field staff
- Monitors EOs performance because of requests or needs coming from the field
The ideal candidate:
- Diploma/Certificate in Customer Service Management; Public Relations; Business Administration or IT/systems admin
- 2 years relevant work experience in a similar role is a requirement
- Experience managing a large customer base and direct
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Clear and straight to the point communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office package
- Excellent issue-tracking and resolution skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time without errors and mistakes
