    REQUIREMENTS:

    • A University degree in Accounting
    • Any professional certification will be an added advantage
    • At least two (2) years related experience in the real estate industry
    • Must be proficient in the use of MS packages.
    • A strategic thinker and self-starter.  
    • Analytical, organization, and problem solving skills. 
    • Strong Interpersonal and Relationship Management Skills.

    Architect

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ARCHITECT

    • Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer- aided design (CAD) applications.  
    • Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of a proposed project, including constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project      budget.
    • Working closely and co-coordinating a team of other professionals and contractors.
    • Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.
    • Writing and presenting reports, proposals and applications.
    • Determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project.
    • Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction.
    • Making site visits to ensure the project is running according to schedule and budget.
    • Playing a part in project and team management.
    • Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings.
    • Undertake design project from concept to completion
    • Inspect and survey buildings
    • Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
    • Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
    • Set costs and project fees according to budget
    • Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
    • Produce “sample” and “mood products”
    • Supervise work progress
    • Oversee the Real Estate department
    • Upgrade and supervise the current work flow; property sales, agency, evaluation

    REQUIREMENTS

      • Bachelor of Science in Architecture
      • At least two (2) years related experience. 

    • Must be proficient in the use of MS packages.
    • A strategic thinker and self-starter. 

      • Excellent reputation for integrity and judgment. 

    • Analytical, organization, and problem solving skills. 
    • Strong Interpersonal and Relationship Management Skills.

    Real Estate Analyst

     

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Property Sales
    • Property leasing/letting
    • Property Evaluation &feasibility studies
    • Property management
    • Design property management model
    • Business development
    • Manage client/artisans/agency database for optimum use
    • Develop client /artisan feedback approach
    • Manage the input and feedback process into client approach for the market development and review
    • Develop market analysis approach for the company
    • Manage market approach for profitability
    • Design products bi-annually to optimize the company’s market share
    • Prepare weekly/monthly bulletins and appraisals of available properties
    • Effective team work
