    Operations Manager

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Translate divisional core strategies with key focus on TCD (Total cost of Distribution)
    • Develop annual budgets and forecasts
    • Optimise warehouse capacity and layout
    • Determine optimal fleet configuration
    • Maximise fleet availability
    • Manage asset acquisition
    • Ensure optimal human resourcing
    • Ensure stock availability
    • Minimise breakages, losses and wastage
    • Assure product quality
    • Control expenditure against budgets and forecasts
    • Analyse and respond to operational performance measures (KPI’s)
    • Develop employees
     

    Requirements:

    Competency and Skill Requirements:

    • A commercial degree or in logistics management
    • Well rounded FMCG supply chain at a senior level
    • Extensive line management experience, preferably experienced in a matrix managed environment
    • Familiarity with planning systems
    • Effective at collaborating upwards, downwards cross-functionally and across borders
    • Financial knowledge: Break even analysis, Interpretation of income-statements, balance sheets, cash flows, capital expenditure, depreciation, fixed and variable costs.
    • Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to deliver results within a fast paced environment
    • Ability to work under enormous pressure
    • Have a highly developed understanding of finance and its interrelationships into other functions
    • Understand forecasting and business modeling
    • Communication and presentation skills

    Quality Controller

    Description:

    • Develop and Manage standard procedures (SOP), CIP’S & GMP’S on quality
    • Ensure accurate quality of production process.
    • Ensure laboratory audit is been carried out regularly.
    • Ensure raw material supplied are of high standard.
    • Audit supplier’s compliance to good corporate governance.
    • Liaise with NAFDAC and SON on product registration.
    • Ensure conformance to SABMiller /WHO standard (Africa watering steering committee).
    • Monthly submission of updated DTC/TCM to HUB.
    • Liaise with procurement on inspection of material deliver as per procedure.
    • Highlight out control issues in the bottling quality control processes and report same
    • People management.
     

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of BSc/HND in food sciences, microbiology, industrial chemistry/biochemistry.
    • Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience preferably in a fast moving consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
    • Experience in water business will be an added advantage
    • Good analytical skill.
    • Good understanding of quality Assurance/control system in water business
    • Training and development of Lab. Technicians and Water treatment Operators.
    • Good knowledge of Lab instruments.
    • Promoting quality excellence in value chain. 
    •  Must be computer literate

    Warehouse Supervisor

    Description:

    • Daily stock inventory and reporting of physical stock
    • Supervising all warehouse staff and processes
    • Optimizing team performance and integration
    • Implementing an effective HSE system and creating a safe and healthy workplace.
     

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of B.Sc in inventory management or any other social science
    • 3 years experience, preferably in the FMCG industry
    • Computer literacy
    • Good communication skills

    Credit Controller

    Description:

    • Implement company's credit control policies, procedures and strategies.
    • Ensure regular reconciliation of sales and distributorships transactions, and report same to Management.
    • Manage customer payments and bad debts.
    • Provide customer service
    • Utilise information systems
     

    Requirements:

    • HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Management or its equivalent
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in an FMCG environment.
    • Membership of professional bodies such as ICAN or ACCA is compulsory
    • Strong computer skills
    • Must possess excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
