Relationship Manager at LOTUS Bank

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, promoting the bank’s non-interest banking products and services, and contributing to the achievement of business targets. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, excellent relationship management capabilities, and a sound understanding of the Nigerian banking industry, particularly non-interest banking.

Job Details

• Grow and manage a portfolio of retail, SME, or corporate clients in line with the Bank’s strategic goals.
• Identify customer needs and propose suitable non-interest banking products and solutions.
• Cross-sell the Bank’s products, including savings, investments, trade finance, and other Sharia-compliant services.
• Prepare and review financing proposals, conduct credit analysis, and ensure portfolio quality.
• Drive customer acquisition through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain high standards of compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank’s internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in banking or financial services, preferably in relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of non-interest banking principles and products is an advantage.
• Proven business development skills and ability to meet targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
