Responsibilities:
As a member of the Nigeria Senior Management Team (SMD the Director of HR & Administration shares in the overall responsibility for the direction and coordination of the Country Office (CO). He/she is accountable to the Country Director for government relationships and the provision of effective HR and administrative services in both emergencies and development programming contexts.
Qualifications:
Postgraduate Degree/MBA in Human Resources or Business Administration; Minimum of 10 years of management experience in a corporate or an INGO environment, including experience in the development of strategic and operational support services plans and their implementation in a professional work environment over a sustained period of time; Willingness and ability to dramatically change work practices and hours, and work with incoming surge teams, in the event of emergencies; Experience in capacity building and setting frameworks for staff development; Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate skills in leading a multi- disciplined team through a period of change; Ability to coach, mentor, delegate appropriately and provide developmental guidance to supervised staff; Competent level skills in HRIS, IT applications, particularly MS Office;
Responsibilities:
The Child Safeguarding Advisor will report to the Director. Programs Delivery and Quality and work with all the thematic area managers to address the Child Safeguarding issues that affect areas of operation. The Advisor's role will be that of a resource person and will be providing added assistance in addressing OVC lssues across all programs and promote the concept of "Child Safe Organizations".
Qualifications:
BSc in social work or health, education or other relevant professional qualification and working experience; Significant direct experience of child protection practice and the Convention on the Rights of the Child; Up to date working knowledge of child care law, child protection policies and practice and current issues in relation to safeguarding children within the West African context Planning, delivering and evaluating training; Organizing and managing a complex and demanding workload and working on own initiative; Influencing practice and policy, including communicating effectively and persuasively at all levels. and in different situations. both verbally and in writing, atindividual and group level; Facilitating leaming, deveiopment and change for individuals and/or groups/organizations;

To Ensure implementation of the M&E plan for the Nutrition Programme, including monitor progress against activity and critical milestones as well as providing support and guidance to STAs, LTAs and Govemment counterparts
Qualifications:
BSc in Social Sciences. Statistics or Economics; Advanced training in quantitative methodologies. including database management 3-5 Years' experience of monitoring and evaluation in a DFID, EU, or USAID development programme; Working knowledge of statistical packages Le. SPSS, STATA, Excel and Microsoft access; Strong analytic skills and an understanding of a range of methods for monitoring, evaluation and assessment to promote evidence-based leaming; Strong interpersonal relationship and networking skills; Ability to communicate effectively both in Hausa and English Languages.
