    It is to this end that we require the services of the following personnel of like vision to further drive our operational processes, growth and our overall corporate objectives as a school:

    A) JOB TITLE: CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER (CSO)

    ROLE SUMMARY
    The Chief Security Officer oversees and ensures overall physical and health safety people and physical property in compliance with health safety regulations.
        
    The preferred Candidate would be responsible for:
    •    The development , designing and implementation of preventative security standards and  procedures on the premises;
    •    Understanding the current and future physical risks to the school  and develop strategy as necessary to respond to changing risks and threats;
    •    Advice on The development and execution of overall Risk Management strategy for the entire school;
    •    Educate employees on health and safety procedures and compliance;
    •    Ensuring that compliance is maintained against security policies; gathering key security metrics to demonstrate compliance;
    •    Manage the college’s relationship with outsourced security firm to ensure delivery of pre agreed service level deliverables.
    •    Directs the investigation of all security breaches and disciplinary actions related to such.

    Person Specification, Skills, Qualification and work experience

    •    A good first degree;
    •    10 or more years of experience working within the security industry with at least 5 years at a supervisory role responsible for physical and personal security;
    •    Extensive technical knowledge of security technology and risk assessment;
    Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills
    •    Excellent Communication skills.
    •    Professional Security certifications to practice as security personnel e.g. CPP, ASIS, MISN.

    B) JOB TITLE: INTERNAL CONTROL MANAGER (ICM)-Middle Management

    ROLE SUMMARY
    The Internal Control Manager ensures overall compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to pre-approved operational processes.

    The preferred Candidate would be responsible for:
    •    Overall compliance with regulatory guidelines;
    •    Reporting and advising on deviations from regulatory guidelines and approved operational processes to management;
    •    Conducting planned audit and spot checks;
    •    Preparing audit plans and following audit trails to ensure proper accountability and compliance;
    •    Preparing audit reports for tax auditors.

    Person Specification, Skills, Qualification and work experience:
    •    First degree in Accounting, sciences or any social sciences;
    •    Professional qualification e.g. ICAN and CITN;
    •    10 years experience with at least 6 years in an accounting/audit firm or performing an auditory function in any organisation.
    •    Excellent report writing skills;

    C) JOB TITLE: HEAD OF INTERNAL SERVICES (HIS) - Middle Management

    ROLE SUMMARY
    The Head of Internal Services (HIS) coordinates and supervises the facilities engineering activities of the school and conducts specialized and complex facilities engineering work in support of maintenance  and construction activities;

    The preferred Candidate would be responsible for:
    •    Overseeing the development of predictive, preventive and reliability centred maintenance programs, including maintenance check sheets, predictive maintenance   techniques.
    •    Providing advice and consultation on engineering matters, including compliance with federal/state laws and regulations;
    •    Coordinates facilities engineering related project activities with facility services provider assigned to the college premises;
    •    Prepares, negotiates and administers contracts for specialized facilities maintenance work;
    •    Preparing budgets for maintenance projects, overseeing project execution, resolving complex work problems, recommending contract change orders,

    Person Specification, Skills, Qualification and work experience:
    •    First degree in mechanical or electrical engineering;
    •    Professional membership and alliances e.g. OSHA, NSE etc.
    •    8years mechanical or electrical engineering with at least five years in a supervisory and project related role.
    •    Excellent Project management skills, a qualification/certification in project management would be an added advantage.
    •    Knowledge of Engineering principles, practices, theories and technologies related to equipment controls, mechanical or electrical/electronic systems and processes;
    •    Knowledge and experience of the techniques and procedures of engineering project management

    D) JOB TITLE: CORPORATE AFFAIRS AND MARKETING

    ROLE SUMMARY
    Corporate Affairs And Marketing Manager would develop and produce marketing collateral, presentations, business development materials and competitive research which would further aid and assist student population and create greater awareness of the school and its offerings.

    The preferred Candidate would be responsible for:
    •    Coordinating all sales oriented activities, ensuring that the integrity of the company advertisements statements is guaranteed;
    •    The implementation of Sales , profitability , promotions and public awareness campaigns;
    •    Building and maintaining relationship with schools, potential parents and the community.
    •    Coordinating sponsorship, media communication, events management for marketing purposes.

    Person Specification, Skills, Qualification and work experience
    First Degree in marketing, humanities , business related disciplines or any social sciences;
    •    Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing/sales with at least 3 years in corporate marketing;
    •    Excellent oral, written and presentation skills;
    •    Excellent report writing skills;
