  • Head, Learning & Performance (WFMC/01)

    The purpose of the role is essentially to create value, maximize potential of WFMC and improve business performance for clients through a professional execution of various types of projects that cut across Learning & Performance offerings.
     
    Key Functions:
    •             Assist the Lead Consultant/CEO in building a unique strategy for the organization and take responsibility for driving the execution of the strategy. Work with the CEO in defining the strategic thrust of the company on a continual basis (in response to changing market conditions).
    •             Lead all Learning & Performance project of the organization and ensure quality and World class delivery on projects at all times.
    •             Assist in building World class consulting capabilities and practices in WFMC.
    •             Responsible for initiating and development of new business lines and services for the company. Also responsible for significantly raising quality levels of all our proposals, presentations, training manuals.
    •             Manage Strategic Support Unit of the organization which consists of HR, Admin, IT and Facility Management units.
    •             Improve internal business processes to make the organization execute projects for clients using world-class standards.
     
    Required Skills & Experience:
    •             Minimum of 8 year HR experience
    •             Membership of CIPM, CIPD, SHRM and other relevant professional bodies
    •             Excellent communication skill
    •             Strong Facilitation and Mentoring skill
    •             Strong Leadership skill

    Business Development Consultant (WFMC/02)

    The role will be responsible for generating business opportunities for the organization and ensuring a well managed clients relationship.
     
    Key Functions:
    •             Assist the Lead Consultant in crafting a unique Sales and Marketing as well as Client relationship management strategy for the organization and take responsibility to driving the execution of the strategy.
    •             Coordinate the Sales & Marketing as well as Relationship Management activities of the organization. Responsible for deploying and managing the Sales & Marketing System of the firm.
    •             Responsible for assisting the strategic business units of the firm in executing all reputation building activities of the organization.
    •             Responsible for initiating and development of new business lines and products for the company.
    •             Responsible for making presentations and pitching for new businesses/ opportunities on behalf of the organization.
     
    Required Skills & Experience:
    •             Minimum of 6 years experience selling HR services to high net worth organisations.
    •             Experience in cross-selling and up-selling of Professional services.
    •             Networking skill – ability to establish and nurture relationship across all levels of individuals
    •             Good negotiation skills
    •             Action orientation & persuasiveness – Targets and achieves results, overcome obstacles and follow through on sales initiative
    •             Ownership mentality - accept responsibility and accountability for all projects.
    •             Communication – communicates well both verbally and in writing.
    •             Good presentation skills

    e-Learning Specialist (WFMC/03)

    The role is to deliver training to end users via Web-based educational models and corresponding software tools. This role is responsible for developing strategies and technologies that leverage digital media to instruct and educate employees. The e-Learning Specialist will also participate in the design, construction, and implementation of corporate intranets, e-learning applications, and courseware that support business objectives.
     
    Key Functions:
    •             Design, develop, and deliver both distance and in-class Web-based training programs and courses, including all course materials, exercises, and skills evaluations.
    •             Collaborate with executive team and unit managers to assess each department’s e-learning subject matter and training needs.
    •             Develop and coordinate a training curriculum for end users of all levels, as dictated by organizational goals and objectives.
    •             Coordinate and maintain the company’s e-learning intranet or Web site by posting and updating course materials, grades, and other information.
    •             Liaise with educational suppliers to evaluate and/or procure course materials, software applications, and teaching tools.
    •             Oversee the conceptualization, development, and layout of the appropriate technical infrastructure required to deliver digital e-learning content to its audience.
    •             Confer as needed with third-party providers of educational materials
    •             Develop and deploy training feedback mechanisms.
    •             Create, administer, analyze, and report on end-user progress; recommend and integrate training improvement strategies based on findings.
     
    Required Skills & Experience:
    •             5-7 years experience in Training, Learning and Development, preferably in Consulting or Banking industry.
    •             Hands on experience with e-Learning software and basic instructional design theories.
    •             Direct, recent experience with e-learning development, curriculum design, training methodologies, and online education.
    •             Strong familiarity with recognized e-learning technical standards.
    •             In-depth, hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies, intranet design tools, and multimedia applications.
    •             Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional, facilitation, and presentation skills.

    Sales Manager (WFMC/04)

    The role is essentially responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.

    Key Functions:

        Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
        Responsible for the performance and development of the Marketing Executives;
        Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects;
        Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets;
        Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed;
        Conducts one-on-one review with all Marketing Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Marketing Executives' sales and activity performance;
        Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance;
        Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Marketing Executives;
        Make Proposal presentations and RFP responses.

    Required Skills & Experience:

        5-7 years of experience in sales management;
        Experience in C-Level direct capture campaigns and sales performance based on specific targets;
        Exceptional communication skills, presentation, negotiation and management skills, strong business work ethic, positive attitude and professional demeanor is required;
        Must demonstrate competence in management, networking, target marketing to specific prospects, and have advanced selling skills, along with the ability to mentor a team to those same disciplines;
        Proven people skills with effective experience in training, managing, mentoring and evaluating direct sales reports as assigned in a services industry focus;
        Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
        Experience in managing direct sales representative is a must;
        Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

    Sales Executives (WFMC/05)

    The role is to meet and engage key decision makers in different organizations across the various sectors of the Nigerian economy to sell and market training programs to target clients.

    Key Functions:
    - Provide feedback from clients to enhance product performance and service delivery.
    - Ensure effective internal communications both within the sales, customer support and marketing team and across the organization.

    Required Skills & Experience
    - Must have excellent communication skills with high level of confidence
    - Must have 3 - 4 years in sales/marketing preferably in a service oriented environment.

    Writers (WFMC/06)

    The purpose of the role is to write books, articles, stories, reports, or other texts for the Organization. The role will do a substantial amount of research and development into different academic areas as it affects the Organization.
     
    Required Skills & Experience
    •             BSc. in Linguistics with 5-7 years experience in a similar role; advanced Certification will be an added advantage.
    •             Strong command of language and deep understanding of writing for a visual medium
    •             Unfettered understanding of the value and necessity of being edited and rewritten.

    Graphics Artist/Designer (WFMC/07)

    The role will be responsible for designing a wide range of promotional materials, advert write-ups, PowerPoint designs and high level models and frameworks.

    Key Functions:

        Generation of Graphic layouts for newsletters, newspaper adverts, flyers, training brochures and manuals, including media for print, online and video delivery through the use of computer software;
        Plan, analyze and create visual solutions to communications problems;
        Assist in project concept and development;
        Delivers innovative, illustration concepts while being guided by corporate standards;
        Works with Media Specialist to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet production standards;
        Archives graphic projects using a simple Media Bank system.

    Required Skills & Experience:

        Must be qualified in, or have demonstrable experience in the use of Windows, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Fireworks etc;
        Must be extremely efficient in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint;
        Must also be knowledgeable and creative with Flash Animations or its equivalent.
