Experience: 1-2 years working experience of call center/customer service

Immediate Responsibilities:

•     Provide general support to callers that is internal and external, on a variety of issues by responding to telephone calls, emails, and “in-office” requests.
•     Transfer calls to relevant parties whether inbound or outbound
•     Log all requests and escalate to relevant departments as necessary.
•     Maintain up-to-date documentation
•     Occasionally support recruitment projects.
•     Ensure high customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
•     Courier maintenance that is for incoming and outgoing packages.
•     Additional responsibilities assigned as necessary.

Requirements:

•     1-2 years of call center experience
•     Minimum of Bachelor degree
•     Strong customer service skills
•     Strong written and oral communication skills
•     Intermediate to Strong Microsoft Office skills; preferably excel and word
•     Must be a team player with a positive attitude
•     Must be a self-motivator willing and eager to work in a competitive environment
