- Plan, organise and direct activities of assigned properties and other assignments.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures and ensuring that all operations are in accordance with established health and safety.
- Conduct periodic reviews of policies and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Execute established operational goals and ensure that corporate wide plans are complemented and supported.
- Carry out effective operation management of assigned site and facilities.
- Responsible for the security of all facilities within the property and conducting of scheduled inspections of security systems to implement improvements when necessary.
- Ensure that facility operations are cost effective, efficient and within established constraints.
- Ensure effective coordination of external services with company operations.
- Offer leadership to assigned personnel through effective objective setting.
- Reporting on daily FM activities, operational expense, foot traffic, security incidents etc.
- Ensure that all assigned buildings, grounds and equipment’s are well maintained and in optimal working condition.
- Keep Senior Management well informed of area of activities and significant problems.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
- A minimum of seven years’ post qualification experience is required.
- Good computer proficiency skills are essential.
- Organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- People management skills
- Great Interpersonal skills
