    Key Accounts Manager

    Job description

    • • Be responsible for the external and internal development of the assigned Key Accounts
    • • Develop and perpetuate activity (gross margin) with the existing Key Accounts and acquire new customers / traffics / activities through individual prospecting actions
    • • Set-up a development strategy for Key Accounts
    • • Elaborate commercial action plans and schedule of work
    • • Share sales information (sales leads) to network in order to increase penetration rate on Key Accounts at a worldwide level
    • • Represent the company to the Key Accounts for which a centralized and coordinated action is needed (multi perimeter…)
    • • Set up lobbying actions on Key Accounts prospects to make the company being more visible and participate to future tenders
    • • Sell AL full range of services to the assigned Key Accounts with the help of relevant expertise (internal or external)
    • • Answer to tenders
    • • Define, in coordination with Operations Directors, a consistent pricing policy and organization
    • • Establish, confirm and update the company pricing offers and negotiate contracts in coordination with Legal Department
    • • Support sales team in contracts negotiation and building
    • • Transmit the awarded contracts to operational teams to guarantee to customers the required quality level
    • • Support the operational teams and sites through a relevant information on operational procedures to be set up
    • • Support operational teams to resolve any potential dispute
    • • Provide the operational teams with daily support in terms of execution of agreed plans and customer specific demands
    • • Follow up the profitability on the Key Accounts and the cash collection related issues (P&M owners)
    • • Consolidate the statistics information from the different local operations sites, acquire a global vision on business evolutions and set up a monthly basis reporting (monthly flows evolution, revenue and profitability analysis)
    • • Report on sales actions set up to develop and make durable the activity with AL Key Accounts, and find new prospects based on criteria defined by the General Management

    Requirements

    • • Previous experience as Supply Chain Manager in an established FMCG company or previous Key Account management experience
    • • Considerable. Knowledge of International Trade
    • • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences
    • • Excellent analytical, organizational, and creative problem solving skills
    • • Ability to work independently or part of a team and to show initiative and innovation
    • • Excellent computer skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power point) and ideally familiar with the use of CRM tool
