CHAN Medi-Pharm ltd/Gte, a Christian Health Association of Nigeria (CHAN) company is today the oldest and largest drug distribution NGO in Nigeria. The company has expanded to acquire a large asset base with Headquarters at Jos and six zonal drug depots within Nigeria. With a vision to be "the preferred partner in health care", the company is seeking to recruit dynamic and performance driven individuals to fill the following vacancies
NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Candidate is expected to lead the Sales and Channel Development team and deliver the National Sales figures. The ideal person should be a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate an outstanding track record in sales management, an excellent record in motivating and leading by example a large sales force, and a proven ability to meet and beat challenging targets. Reporting to the Managing Director, the applicant should:
Hold a minimum of a B. Pharm with not less than 3 years of high performance in Sales management function.
Person with first degree in health or life science and 5 years experience in sales management function are also eligible to apply.
An MBA will be an added advantage and the candidate should not be less than 32 years of age.
MARKETING AND STRATEGY MANAGER
Candidate will have overall responsibility for Marketing, developing strategies and ensuring their implementation to build all company's brands to achieve market share, and other business objectives. The ideal person is expected to develop a comprehensive Annual Marketing Plan and ensure implementation. Reporting to the Managing Director, the applicant should:
Hold a minimum of a B. Pharm with not less than 3 years of high performance in Marketing management function.
An MBA wlll be added advantage and the candidate should not be less than 32 years of age'
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (LAGOS)
Will lead the Sales and Channel Development team at the Regional level and will be responsible for delivering the Regional figures and implementing the market development plan for the region. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the applicant should:
Hold a minimum B. pham with not less than 3. years of high performance in Sales function.
Persons with first degree Health or life Sciences and 4 years experience in Sales function are also eligible to apply.
Candidate should not be Less than 32 years of age
Will be responsible for developing all branding and ethical promotion strategy and follow it to implementation, to achieve the volume target and other brand objectives. Reporting to Marketing & Strategy Manager, the applicant should:
Hold a minimum of a B. Pharm with not less than 3. years of high performance in Sales function.
Persons with first degree in Health or life Sciences and 4 years experience In Sales function are also eligible to apply
MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES
The ideal person shall hold regular medical interviews, meetings, distribution and other sales/marketing activities on the company's wide range of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products at levels sufficient to achieve agreed sales targets.
Hold a minimum of a B. Pharm.
Persons with first degree in Health or life Sciences and 2 years experience in Sales function are also eligible to apply.
Candidate should not be more than 30 years of age.
