Key Responsibilities/Duties .Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance. .Develop and manage Compensation policies and benefits. .Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization to enable organisation reach set targets in both sales and Production areas. .Create an efficient working environment for staffs of the organization. .Develop programs to allow the corporation to embrace applicants and employees of all backgrounds and to permit the full development and performance of all employees. .Set up HR policies, strategies in line with Group policies and with regards to local needs and particularities of the factory. .Develop an effective Compensation, payroll and reward management system. .Ensure Industrial and Labor laws compliance and keep brace of any new developments. .Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. .Oversee recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions. Commission and engage recruitment agencies as may be required. Conduct new employee orientation. .Ensures the record keeping of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for reporting. . Managing Employee relations, welfare, grievance handling and union matters .Maintain knowledge of international HR policies, programs, laws and issues. Understand the differences of domestic and international policies and programs and coordinate the integration of all such programs. .Manage the budget and other financial measures of the Human Resources Department. .Sustain the Departmental Mangers in creating, maintaining and developing an efficient and motivated organization. .Ensure Health and Safety requirement are met for the work force. .Assist the Managing Director on Human Resource related issues. .Develop training and coaching programs with the aim to develop young talents in the organisation.
