    Workshop Manager

    • This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep technical knowledge of heavy-duty construction equipment, strong leadership capability, and a commitment to implementing best maintenance practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all workshop operations, including equipment diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
    • Lead and supervise mechanics, technicians, welders, and other workshop team members.
    • Ensure timely servicing of heavy-duty equipment (excavators, loaders, graders, compactors, trucks, etc.).
    • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
    • Maintain inventory of workshop tools, spare parts, and consumables.
    • Ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition to support uninterrupted project execution.
    • Review and approve job cards, service reports, and maintenance logs.
    • Collaborate with the Plant Manager and Project Teams to plan equipment allocation and resolve breakdowns swiftly.
    • Uphold safety and compliance standards within the workshop environment.
    • Recommend process improvements and cost-saving maintenance strategies.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 8 years’ proven experience in workshop management within the construction industry.
    • Strong technical background in heavy equipment maintenance and repairs.
    • Hands-on knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
    • Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong record-keeping and reporting abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.
    • Relevant technical or engineering qualification (OND/HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or related field).
    • Professional certifications in equipment maintenance or workshop management (added advantage).

    Legal Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of construction-related contracts.
    • Provide legal advisory support on project documentation, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local construction regulations, labour laws, HSE laws, and industry standards.
    • Manage and mitigate legal risks across multiple projects and business operations.
    • Liaise and coordinate with external solicitors on litigation, arbitration, claims, and other legal matters.
    • Conduct legal research and deliver recommendations to management.
    • Support the project teams on contractual interpretation throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Prepare and review internal policies and ensure compliance across the organization.
    • Lead the resolution of disputes involving contractors, vendors, communities, or regulatory bodies.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 8 years’ post-call experience, with at least 5 years in the construction or infrastructure industry.
    • Bachelor of Law (LL.B), B.L; additional certifications (ACIS, contract management, arbitration, etc.) are an advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, EPC, design-and-build contracts, etc.).
    • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive legal matters.
    • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory processes.

    Site Nurse

    • Trucrete Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Nurse to join our project team. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical experience, excellent emergency response skills, and a solid background working on construction sites.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first aid, emergency response, and basic medical care to site personnel.
    • Conduct daily health checks, monitor worker wellness, and document medical incidents.
    • Maintain and manage site clinic facilities, equipment, and medical supplies.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE and occupational health regulations.
    • Support HSE team in health-related training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
    • Manage medical reports, injury logs, and health-related documentation.
    • Coordinate hospital referrals and follow-up care where necessary.
    • Advise management and workers on preventive healthcare and site-specific health risks.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Nurse, with at least 5 years in the construction industry.
    • Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Midwife (RM) with current license.
    • Certification in First Aid, Occupational Health, or Emergency Response is an added advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of occupational health guidelines and site medical protocols.
    • Excellent communication, reporting, and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies.

    Auto Electrician

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems on construction equipment such as excavators, graders, compactors, loaders, and trucks.
    • Troubleshoot faults in wiring systems, alternators, starter motors, lighting, control systems, and electronic modules.
    • Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
    • Install, upgrade, and calibrate electrical components on heavy machinery.
    • Keep accurate maintenance and repair logs.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE standards during all repair and maintenance activities.
    • Collaborate with mechanics, plant operators, and the Plant & Maintenance team to ensure smooth equipment operations.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5–7 years proven experience as an Auto Electrician, specifically working with heavy-duty construction equipment.
    • Strong understanding of electrical systems, hydraulics, and machine control units.
    • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical schematics.
    • Certification in Auto Electrical Work or relevant technical discipline (Trade Test, OND, or equivalent).
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Strong safety awareness and adherence to site protocols.
