    Wealth Manager

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a results-driven, articulate, and strategic Wealth Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our investor base, executing effective investment strategies, and facilitating deposit mobilization efforts from institutional and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
    • The ideal candidate is experienced in investor relations or private wealth management and has a strong track record of building lasting investor relationships within the financial sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and acquire new investors through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities.
    • Drive deposit mobilization.
    • Build and manage a robust pipeline of individual and institutional investors.
    • Develop and present customized investment proposals and pitch materials.
    • Foster long-term relationships with current investors by providing updates, reports, and investment insights.
    • Partner with the marketing team to create impactful investor engagement strategies.
    • Conduct market research to identify investment trends and new funding opportunities.
    • Coordinate investor communications, including newsletters, financial updates, and events.
    • Ensure full compliance with relevant regulations, reporting standards, and internal policies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor records and CRM data.
    • Provide regular performance and activity reports to leadership.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in wealth management, investor relations, or business development within the financial sector.
    • Demonstrated success in deposit mobilization or investor acquisition.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
    • Sound understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory frameworks.
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

    Commercial Manager

    Responsibilities and Accountabilities

    • Assess credit risk while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Achieve set financial targets by generating strong leads and actively pursuing new clientrelationships, with a focus on lending aroundinvoice discounting, LPO financing, exportfinancing, and working capital for MSMEs and large corporates.
    • Analyze the profitability and performance of lending products and initiatives.
    • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
    • Monitor sales metrics and key performance indicators to assess and improve sales performance.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends within the lending fintech industry.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Job Competencies and Capabilities

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field with 3 - 5 years relevant experience in a similar role Amaster's degree is an added advantage.
    • Proven experience inbusiness development and sales around invoice discounting,LPO financing, export financing, and working capital for MSMEs and large corporates.
    • In-depth knowledge of lending products, financial services, and industry regulations.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
