    Warehouse Officer

    Core Responsibilities

    • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
    • Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
    • Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status
    • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
    • Manage inbound and outbound logistics of solar products

    Skills Required:

    • Communication Skills: youwill need to speak with coworkers and customers on a regular basis.
    • Critical-Thinking Skills
    • Organizational Skills in order to deal efficiently with multiple orders, people, and many moving pieces
    • Problem-Solving Skills to be able to handle problems as soon as they arise
    • Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Comprehensive warehouse/logistics/storekeeping experience and knowledge.

    Qualifications / Experience

    • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
    • At least 1 year of practical experience in the logistics, warehouse or inventory field, store keeping
    • Proven warehouse, inventory management, storekeeping or logistics experience
    • Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
    • Knowledge of MS Office
    • Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
    • Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • A functional Smart Phone.

    Salary
    N40,000 - N45,000 Monthly.

    Administrative Assistant

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist with ensuring the smooth run of all facility operation
    • Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry
    • Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
    • Manage junior staff and front deskoperations
    • Help implement new policies, procedures, methods, and systems
    • Conduct fiscal reviews, surveys, and collect information on administrative matters
    • Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
    • Coordinate operations, including purchasing, equipment, property inventory, building, equipment, and disposal
    • Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory
    • Connect with building vendors to carry out fixes and improvements
    • Assist with logistic related duties

    Requirements and skills

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant orOffice Admin Assistant
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

    Salary
    N60,000 - N70,000 Monthly.

    Customer Service Officer

    Job Description

    • Are you looking to begin a career in Customer service? We are currently recruiting smart and active customer service agents to join our team.

    • Must live within Ogba, Ojodu, Berger, Agege, and Ikeja environs.

    Salary
    N50,000 Monthly.
