    Van Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Estakem products directly from a van to customers, retail outlets, and in rural areas on Lagos Mainland.
    • This individual will manage their own route, ensure timely deliveries, and maximize sales opportunities.
    • The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage and grow client relationships.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive the sales van to designated routes, ensuring timely deliveries to customers and retail outlets.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales.
    • Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    • Ensure product availability in stores by checking inventory levels and making regular deliveries.
    • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to potential customers.
    • Keep the van stocked and organized, ensuring proper care of inventory.
    • Assist in marketing and promotional activities in assigned territories to boost product visibility.
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor competitor activity and report market trends to the Sales Supervisor.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Supervisor.
    • Ensure adherence to all safety and driving regulations.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a professional certification in relevant fields with 2- 7years work experience.
    • The ability to drive and possession of a valid driver's license is a pre-requisite.

    Marketing Sales Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a sales team in "LAGOS ISLAND".
    • This individual will play a key role in meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction .
    • The Sales Supervisor will also provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives, helping them improve their performance and achieve personal and team goals.
    • Additionally, they will be responsible for organizing a team to expand sales operations in rural and hard-to-reach areas as well as some open markets if needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Organize and manage a sales team dedicated to expanding operations in rural and hard-to-reach areas.
    • Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management.
    • Provide training, mentorship, and support to sales representatives.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and business goals.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Identify potential markets, and actively participate in business development initiatives.
    • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND in relevant fields with 2 - 7 years work experience within relivant fields.
    • Ability to drive and possession of a valid drivers license is a pre-requisite.
