    Van Sales Representative

    Job Summary 

    • We are currently recruiting Van Sales Representatives to support direct sales, route execution, and customer servicing across multiple locations.

    Role Overview

    • The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for selling products directly to retailers, managing van inventory, executing daily routes, and ensuring excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    •  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
    • Visit existing and prospective customers within assigned routes
    • Load, stock, and manage products in the sales van
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Conduct product promotions, tastings, and visibility activities
    • Prepare and submit daily sales and market reports

    Requirements & Qualifications

    •  National Diploma (ND) or equivalent
    • 1–2 years’ sales experience (FMCG or beverage preferred)
    • Age: 25 – 45 years
    • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
    • Experience in driving a Mitsubishi Canter Truck
    • Physically fit to handle loading and offloading of products
    • Provision of three (3) verifiable guarantors.

    Sales Supervisor

    Role Overview

    • We are recruiting a proactive and performance-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee Van Sales and Van Delivery teams within assigned territories.
    • The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising field sales execution, coaching sales teams, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient product distribution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and lead Van Sales and Van Delivery Representatives
    • Ensure achievement of sales targets and route compliance
    • Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
    • Conduct regular field visits, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions
    • Collaborate with Sales Manager on sales strategies, promotions, and route planning

    • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
    • Age: 25 – 45 years
    • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
    • Good analytical and reporting skills
    • Provision of three (3) verifiable guarantors.

    Field Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are currently recruiting driven, result-oriented, and experienced sales professionals to support distributor-led sales operations across multiple territories.
    • We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Field Executives to drive bulk sales, manage key accounts, and support distributor sales operations.

    Role Overview

    • The Field Executive will be responsible for generating bulk orders, managing customer relationships, coordinating deliveries, and expanding market presence within assigned territories.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Generate bulk sales and meet assigned sales targets
    • Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts
    • Take and process customer orders and coordinate deliveries
    • Monitor distributor stock levels and support replenishment

    Requirements & Skills

    • Minimum of at least 1–2 years in Sales experience
    • Sales experience in FMCG or beverage distribution is an advantage
    • Age: 25 – 45 years
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills
    • Good planning, reporting, and time management abilities
    • Ability to work independently and within a team.
