• You have not less than a 2.2 or upper credit B.5c./HND in Marketing, Mass Communication or any relevant courses in the Social Science from a recognized University or Polytechnic.
• With minimum of 5 years working experience with a reputable Real Estate developer,     .     .
• You are confident, self-motivated, smart looking and passionate about marketing and meeting people.     .
• A self-starter with ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and reside in Lagos or Port Harcourt or Abuja·     .
• Not more than 45 years of age.
