Duties of the Position

• Develop strategy to build control culture across the bank and ensure effectiveness of controls.
• Receive, review and summarize monthly reports from all internal control staff Document and test business process that support key financial and operational functions.
• Coordinate all activities of Branch and Head Office Control and report+ to the Head, Risk, Control & Compliance.
• Participate in development and policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of B.Sc. / HND in Accounting with at least PE 1 pass in ICAN certificate.
• Minimum of 10 years working experience with at least 5 years in a financial services environment.
• Banking, Insurance, and financial services knowledge.
• Extensive Working Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and power point, Intranet Mailing facility and the core banking application of the bank.

Duties of the Position

• Business Requirement Analysis and Interpretation
• Translation of all business requirement to technical application (especially T24)
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Ensure organizational process alignment
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a First Degree in Project Management, Technology or any related discipline
• 3 to 5 years' cognate project management and Business Analyst experience in IT related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the T24 Core Banking Application.

Duties of the Position

• Assist the Head, Risk Control & Compliance to develop and fully implement the AML/CFT/CPF policies, procedures and programme;
• Develop process for all anti money laundering, combating of terrorism financing and combating proliferation financing activities and obtain necessary approvals.
• Ensure a follow-up of any identified deficiencies on AML/CFT/PFT and compliance matters, make recommendations for amendments, where necessary, and supervise the implementation of corrective measures to mitigate the identified deficiencies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• Professional certification in Accountancy (ACA, ACCA, ACIB).
• 5 to 10 years of work experience
• Possession of extensive experience in Internal Control, Audit Operations or Compliance and a thorough understanding of Microfinance Banking and accounting practices.
• Direct experience in audit and internal control in banking sector.
