• We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital platforms. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility while aligning with business goals.

Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to illustrate user flows and interactions.
• UI Design: Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• User Experience Optimization: Improve user journeys by addressing pain points and optimizing the interaction between users and digital products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into user-friendly designs.
• Usability Testing: Conduct A/B testing and collect feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
• Design Systems & Guidelines: Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries for consistency.
• Responsive & Adaptive Design: Ensure designs are optimized for different screen sizes and devices.
• Accessibility Compliance: Design interfaces that meet accessibility standards (WCAG) for inclusivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, animations, and video content that align with our brand identity. 
• This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in graphic design and motion graphics software.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Develop high-quality visual designs, including social media graphics, banners, posters, brochures, and digital ads.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create engaging motion graphics, explainer videos, promotional animations, and video effects for marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, typography, and transitions.
• Branding & Visual Identity:Ensure all creative assets align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
• Content Creation:Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to design graphics and animations for social media, websites, and advertisements.
• Storyboarding & Concept Development: Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and storyboards for animations and video projects.
• UI/UX Support:Design UI elements, animations, and interactive visuals for web and app interfaces if required.
• Trend Research: Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and graphic design to continuously enhance creative output.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to bring ideas to life.

Key Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in related fields.
• Proven experience in graphic and motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)and other relevant design and animation tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Ability to create 2D animations, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and video edits.
• Experience with 3D animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.)is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
